Naturals® are for the woman who wants to enhance her current breast shape for a fuller, more voluptuous look with a natural, teardrop shape. Patients who opt for Naturals® can expect:

As with all fat transfers, you can anticipate that 30%-35% of the fat transferred will reabsorb in the first 6 weeks. That’s why we always transfer extra fat, in anticipation of what will reabsorb. The rest stays permanently from there!
In general, at least one cup size fuller and sometimes more! The “sometimes more” part is really dependent on a number of other factors including the starting shape of your breast, whether you have any breast droop, breastfeeding history etc. For a custom evaluation, book your free consultation today!
Yes! By replenishing volume to the breasts with a fat transfer, the nipple position will be automatically lifted about one to one-and-a-half inches. If your nipple position is below the under fold of the breast, then a fat transfer will restore volume and size, but it won’t offer much of a lift.
We don’t offer removal of implants, because we don’t perform any procedures that require general anesthesia. That said, we are a great practice to come to after your implants have already been removed. Naturals® is great for restoring volume and rejuvenating the breast after explants.
We respectfully do not offer breast reconstruction services due to several reasons. Firstly, the procedure carries a higher risk of complications, making it more suitable for a hospital setting. Secondly, health insurance plans cover this procedure by law, so it’s financially wise to obtain a referral to an in-network plastic surgeon through your insurance. Lastly, our facility is not equipped to process health insurance claims. We recommend asking your primary care provider for a referral to a qualified plastic surgeon who can provide these services.

Naturals® utilizes our SoftSqulpt™ patented technology for awake lipo shaping and fat transfer, starting with fat collection in a sterile system, followed by processing and concentration using a double antibiotic solution to ensure purity and reduce infection risk. The fat is then re-injected into the breast through tiny, strategically placed incisions, using a method that minimizes contamination. Surgeons overfill the breast to compensate for natural absorption, aiming for the desired outcome after healing. This process involves precise injection of micro-ribbons of fat at various angles to build structure and ensure permanent integration with the body’s connective tissue.
Absolutely. Because the fat is transferred into the breast tissue surrounding the gland, the breast gland and ducts aren’t affected at all. That means you can breastfeed normally after a fat transfer procedure.
We typically perform one or the other. The main challenge is sleeping after the procedure. With Naturals®, you have to sleep mostly on your back post-treatment. With a BBL, you have to mostly sleep on your front. Since we want to achieve the very best results for both Naturals® and BBL, we recommend breaking up the two procedures.
